Heather Charest is a performance improvement consultant with over 15 years of experience designing a variety of human performance initiatives. She leads Stewart Leadership’s project management and business administration processes.
Throughout her career, Heather has worked as both an internal and external consultant advising organizations on multiple organizational development and performance improvement initiatives. During her tenure Heather has developed a strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and how to synchronize and align human talent initiatives in order to improve organizational results.
Heather’s breadth of experience includes helping organizations to develop competency frameworks to define performance expectations and engage employees to own and excel at their development. Heather also has extensive experience in developing performance management programs, as well as designing effective and experiential training programs to motivate and inspire individuals to learn and develop. Additionally, Heather has extensive experience in managing projects and project teams to design, deliver and execute projects of varying scales and budgets.
During her tenure Heather has worked with a variety of industries including the pharmaceutical, biotech, financial, oil and gas and insurance. She has spent the majority of her career working within the pharmaceutical industry and has developed a keen understanding of the needs to develop and engage top sales performance to drive product results.
